Embodied Awareness Application Form

Information:
This 9 month program provides training, support, and practicum to individuals wishing to incorporate Embodied Awareness into their occupation and to share skills and practices with individuals, groups, communities, or institutions. Tuition Fee. Early Registration $3800.00 USD / after September 15th : $4200.00. Tuition fee includes Fall Experiential Seminar; Winter Practicum, Spring Monthly Mastery Class, and Fall Reunion sharing circle. Required Reading and completion of the WCEA Embodied Awareness- Introduction to Spiritually Directed Therapy. Recommended Reading: Betrayal, Trust and Forgiveness. Texts not included in Tuition: This program will require weekly live-stream seminars, practicums and additional meetings with course cohorts by video conference, WhatsApp and or phone. Successful completion of this program provides Embodied Awareness Facilitator Certification™ from the Canadian Institute for Transpersonal and Integrative Sciences.

APPLICATION Instructions:

STEP 1 – Fill out and Submit this online application or print and return by email to drbeth@hedva.com or FAX to our confidential fax: 403-247.2545 (Please contact us if you are unable to email or fax the application and wish to send a hard copy by post.) Your application will be reviewed by our team after which you will receive a notification of an interview. There is a non-refundable $25 fee for the application. Upon payment and review of your personal statement, you will be sent instructions and a more in-depth application form to assist you, and our team in preparing for your interview.

STEP 2 – INTERVIEW
If qualified, we will contact you to arrange a video conference interview. You will be interviewed by Dr. Beth Hedva or one of our Co-Facilitator Faculty members directly – after which you will receive notification of our decision. There is a non-refundable $75 fee for the interview. If you are accepted to the program, you will receive a $100 discount coupon that you may apply toward the on-line WCEA text or program tuition.

Step 3 Complete Registration and Payment
The 2025-2026 Experiential Training and Facilitator Certification Sessions will begin meeting in later 2025, carrying into 2026. Course dates and times (subject to change) are as follows:
