We asked Our Embodied Souls for feedback about the retreat which landed intentionally 13 months after the beginning of our year together. 13 represents transformation….**more here**
What motivated you to take this course?
“To educate myself on spiritual practices and intuition practices that I was unaware of, or felt I could benefit from knowing more. Also to meet other women who walk in the world the way I try to.”
“I was motivated to take this course to dive deeper into my self-awareness and healing while learning a professional framework for holding space and facilitating groups for people actively seeking further awareness/healing in their lives.”
What are your three greatest learnings during the course?
“To trust myself. To know that I am not out of my head “crazy” to operate the way I do in the world there are others like me!”
What was your biggest learning during the retreat?
“Wow. That is a big question. There ’s so much. It was a reconfirmation that I am loved and gifted and that following this is my path. And this means that my love and gift need to be nurtured both inwardly and outwardly, not out of sense of obligation, but out of necessity, otherwise I will suffer.”
“The retreat felt like a coming home to my soul. It was essential and so unifying. It was truly about showing up and trusting the teachings have made their way within. I am no longer learning to be a facilitator ~ I have become! The feeling of strength and being nurtured within community co-created within Spirit while joining forces with nature & all her dimensions felt timeless & so affirming. Patrick was such a presence of humility, innocence & wizardry; his teachings will continue to ripple throughout every ritual I am ever creating or being a part of. Seeing Beth Hedva, co-create community with clear intention and elegance was uplifting and for real.”
Would you recommend this course to colleagues or friends?
“Hands down and heart open, of course I would recommend this course. I highly endorse the psycho-spiritual foundational path Beth Hedva encourages and offers up for a soul to benefit from. ”
